Before starting a return, make sure your return meets the following conditions:

  • Returned goods must be in like-new, unused condition with all original Axwell packaging intact. 

  • Returns that are scratched, dented, missing parts, or are damaged will not be eligible for a refund. 

  • Refunds need to be sent to the original purchaser's method of payment.

  • Our return policy applies only to orders placed on

  • All items marked final sale / BOGO / outlet sale / clearance are non-refundable.

If your return meets the conditions above, contact us with your full name, email, and order number (Starts with #ARMR) and a member from our Support Team will provide you with a return label.

Return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund for the return label (excludes defective products). Your refund will go back to the original purchaser’s method of payment. Learn more here.
