📦 How to Start a Return

Before starting a return, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be in like-new, unused condition with all original Axwell packaging included.
  • Products that are scratched, dented, damaged, or missing parts will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Our return policy applies only to orders placed directly on axwellwallet.com.
  • Items marked as Final Sale, BOGO, Outlet, or Clearance are not eligible for return.
  • If a free gift was included in your order, it must also be returned if your refund causes the remaining order total to fall below the promo threshold.

If your order meets the return conditions above, please contact our Support Team with your full name, email address, and order number (starts with #ARMR). A member of our team will assist you and provide a return shipping label.

Return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund total (unless the item is defective). Your refund will be processed back to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected. Learn more here.
