🔁 Axwell Return Policy

We stand behind every product we make. If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 100 days of the purchase date.

✅ What Qualifies for a Return

  • Item must be in like-new, unused condition
  • All original Axwell packaging must be included
  • If a free gift was included in your order, it must also be returned if the refund disqualifies the promotion

❌ What Doesn’t Qualify for a Return

  • Used, damaged, scratched, or dented items
  • Items missing packaging, barcodes, parts, or accessories
  • Clearance, Outlet, BOGO, or Final Sale items
  • Items purchased outside of axwellwallet.com
  • Returns requested after 100 days of purchase
