If your package is unable to be delivered and is shipped back to our warehouse because an incorrect address was provided, outstanding import taxes, you were not available, or you moved without notifying us, the shipping cost for your order will not be refunded. 

The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. If the package is not returned, the order will not be eligible for a refund.
