📦 Undeliverable Packages

If your package is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect or incomplete address, unpaid import duties or taxes, failed delivery attempts, or if you moved without notifying us, please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Additionally, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund once the item is received back at our facility.

If the package is not successfully returned to us, the order will not be eligible for a refund.
