Receiving RefundUpdated a year ago

After our Support Team has emailed you your return label, you will receive a tracking number. Track your return and wait for it to reach our warehouse. 

We will process your return within 7-10 business days after we have inspected it. After we process the refund we will update you via email. Your refund will go back to the original purchaser’s method of payment. Refunds typically take 2-3 business days depending on your bank.

If you do not see a refund on your banking statement 2 weeks after the refund was processed, please contact us.
