When placing an order for an item listed as a pre-order, you will find the anticipated ship date clearly indicated on the product page. Pre-order items are items that are not yet in stock but are available for purchase ahead of their official release. Please note that full payment for the pre-order item will be processed immediately at the time of purchase.

If you wish to cancel your pre-order before the item has been shipped, you must contact Customer Service. We are happy to assist with cancellations made prior to the ship date. However, once the item has shipped, we are unable to process cancellations.

For orders that include both pre-order items and items currently in stock, please be aware that the in-stock items will be shipped separately and immediately. The pre-order items will be shipped as soon as they become available. You will receive separate notifications and tracking information for each shipment.
