At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges by mail. If you would like to exchange an item for a different color or product, the best way to do so is to initiate a return and place a new order for the correct item.

To start a return, simply contact us with your full name, email address, and order number (starts with #ARMR).

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a prepaid return label. Your refund will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
