🌍 International Customs & Duties

All international shipments are accompanied by a commercial invoice that accurately reflects the order value and is marked as "Merchandise." We are unable to declare packages as "Gifts" or mark down the value of your shipment below the actual amount paid.

Please note that VAT, GST, import duties, and other customs-related fees are not included in the shipping charges at checkout. These fees are assessed by your local customs authority and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

Unfortunately, Axwell has no control over these charges and cannot estimate the total cost, as it varies by country.

If customs fees are not paid and the package is returned to us, we will issue a refund for the cost of the item(s) only—shipping charges are non-refundable.
