📦 Shipping Address Changes
To ensure fast and reliable delivery, all orders begin processing immediately after they are placed. For this reason, we are unable to modify shipping addresses once an order has been submitted—even if the order status appears as “Unfulfilled” or “Pending Fulfillment.”
We ship all packages to the address provided during checkout, so it’s important to double-check your details before completing your order.
⚠️ Entered the Wrong Address?
If you’ve made a mistake with your shipping address, we recommend reaching out to your local courier as soon as possible with your tracking information to request a redirection.
In the event your order cannot be delivered and is returned to us by the carrier, we will gladly issue a full refund or ship a free replacement—your choice.
Please note: Axwell is not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages due to incorrect address information entered at checkout. We are also unable to offer refunds or replacements in these cases.
