🚚 Entered the Wrong Shipping Address?

Once an order is placed, we are unable to change the shipping address. Our fulfillment team begins processing orders immediately to ensure fast delivery, which means modifications are not possible—even if the order status is still listed as "Unfulfilled."

If you've entered an incorrect address, we recommend reaching out to the shipping carrier directly once your order has shipped. They may be able to reroute the package to the correct address.

In the event your order cannot be delivered and is returned to us by the carrier, we will gladly issue a full refund or ship a free replacement—your choice.
