To ensure fast and efficient delivery, our fulfillment process begins immediately after an order is placed. Because of this, we are unable to make any edits, changes, or cancellations once your order has been submitted—even if the status still shows as “Unfulfilled” or “Pending Fulfillment.”
We know that mistakes can happen, so don’t worry—you can still return your order within 100 days of purchase as long as the item is in like-new condition with original packaging intact. Learn more about our Return Policy.
In the event your order cannot be delivered and is returned to us by the carrier, we will gladly issue a full refund or ship a free replacement—your choice.
